Excuse me. But I had to get off my chest my feelings about the ringleaders (ass holes) bloggers in the Haleigh Cummings case such as Timothy Charles Holmseth, Noreen, and Pirate.

However, I am going to get back into the original intent of this blog. I wanted this blog to expose Ronald Cummings and his family, and give a clear picture of his guilt and the cover up that ensued after his daughter was killed. I will continue on in my mission. Future content of this blog will be directed at Ronald and his family, Teresa Neves, Annette Sykes, in addition to Misty Croslin.

I will always tell it straight, I will take no prisoners. So buckle up and get ready! I want to see arrests, indictments and charges before the 3-year-anniversary hits us!

Calling out the despicable, backstabbing, sneaky, lowlife Pirate aka Kendall Clark

Kendall a/k/a Pirate,

I know you like to fancy yourself as an "insider" concerning the Haleigh Cummings case. You managed to worm your way into the good graces of Marie Griffis and Crystal Sheffield. You like to think of yourself as some sort of champion for their cause. But I, and many others are not buying into your little act.

I think that you took advantage of two women who had a missing child/grandchild. I believe you manipulated both Marie Griffis and Crystal Sheffield. I think it was all for your perverse form of entertainment. You got into their good graces orginally to carry news back to the many message boards and blogs you frequented. You thought you were the big girl in town. You considered yourself an "insider."

But did you, in your little pea brain ever stop to think that you were actually hurting Marie and Crystal by doing that? Law enforcement doesn't like to share information with them, because of people like you who spread shit all across the internet.

However, merely getting some inside info from Marie and Crystal was not enough for you. You wanted to "control" Marie and Crystal. You were the force behind the bar complaint filed against Kim Picazio, then attorney for Crystal. Why? All because Picazio was trying to put a hault to bloggers like you from spreading every little bit of information obtained from Crystal and Marie.

How is it Pirate that you think you know how to better advise the family of a missing child than a respected family law attorney? An attorney, who unlike yourself, had a very good relationship with law enforcement? Good job preying and exploiting the weaknesses of a family of a murdered child. You Pirate are low life pond scum.

But that isn't what I wanted to write this blog about. All of that is ancient history. What I wanted to call you to the carpet for, is your evil assocation with Timothy Holmseth.

Holmseth trashes Crystal and Marie more than any blogger out there. He has accused the two of fraud, accused the two of "hiding" Haleigh, and everything under the damn sun. He has really put them through the ringer. But that didn't stop you from associating with Holmseth and people of his caliber such as Mary Lee and Astro Chats a/k/a Susan Earman.

That shows you what a back stabbing, disloyal, sneak you are. You, as a friend, or supporter of Crystal should not want to contribute anything to that demented nut job, but you did. Screw Crystal and Marie, they don't matter to you. You provided that conspiracy nut with information for his book and his website. All to further your drama queen blogger war shit! Shame on you Kendall!

Kendall, you are not loyal to Crystal. You are not loyal to Marie. You used them. You are the most diabolical and evil blogger in this case. Right up there with the infamous Hobitt.

I'm glad you are no longer active, or that you no longer use the nickname Pirate. Because you are ashamed and for good reason! So stay hidden, keep your head hung in shame you backstabbing coward! You've hurt and harmed this case, and many people involved.

Calling out Noreen!!!

Everyone is now aware of Timothy Holmseth's internet demise. After Kim Picazio was able to obtain an injunction against him for targeting and harassing her, most of the articles on his website writeintoaction.com have vanished.

All of Timothy's supporters have now scurried like cockroaches and are hiding under locked twitters and locked super secret forums.

All of them should be ashamed of themselves. They've accused everyone under the sun of abducting Haleigh... Anyone with the last name Griffis and Sheffield is a prime suspect in their eyes. Calling members of the maternal family pedophiles and accusing them of being registered sex offenders, even though they have no documentation of an arrest regarding sex crimes.

They've also accused the Regan's of abducting Haleigh, along with Kim Picazio. Which is so baseless and absurd, there is no reason to even address it. Why would these people who never knew Haleigh, or even OF her, be involved? How stupid do you have to be to buy into that scenario?

Moreover, they've blasted the police for not following up on kooky and outlandish sightings of Haleigh Cummings alive, when everyone with an ounce of common sense knows that this a homicide investigation, not a kidnapping.

They've basically followed Timothy Holmseth and have enabled this madman to harass, target, and ruin people's lives and reputations. They've enabled and whipped this lunatic into a frenzy, all in order to protect Ronald Cummings and Teresa Neves... Or for their sick and demented entertainment.

These people are sick ass holes. Hangon, Rebecca Thomas, MudboggingQueen/Vaquera/Cajun (PS... You're a disgrace to all cajuns) Tom'sGirl/OnmyDell/xfiles/Ivy Sterling, Seriously Searching, CathyAnn/AnninTN, GrammaMonkey, Mary Lee, William Staubs, Wayanee Kruger, Pirate/Kendall Clark, Lesa Odom/HollyGMom. All of you have a few screws loose, and have made fools out of yourselves. The serious posters consider you all laughing stocks.

Bottom line is, LE had the information and did NOT investigate it, they did NOT contact the store and request any possible video tapes they may have had, they did NOT contact the person at the sales register for a statement. My question is, why not?

Noreen, police know more than you do bitch! They cannot afford to follow up on every random Tom, Dick, and Harry that get drunk and decide to dial the tip line and claim they saw Haleigh Cummings alive. A decent and seasoned law enforcement officer only follow up on reliable and credible leads. If they chased every damn crazy tip or call, they would be FLAT broke, and not have the resources to follow up on REAL LEADS. So shut the FUCK up!!! You know nothing about how investigations work. You know NOTHING about law enforcement. You are just a dumb, idiotic, fool.

People like Noreen only pump Holmseth up. They encourage him. Holmseth has a cheerleader in this nutty woman, and he feeds off of it like a leech. Noreen is Holmseth's battery. She and her co horts keep him energized. Keep putting the crazy shit out there, dumb asses like Noreen eat it up!!!

Exactly, LE can check out sighting tips through surveillance videos, I agree, they could even have local LE review the tape, or make a copy and send it to PCSO, however, PCSO did NOT contact the establishment where Haleigh was sighted, did NOT request any information at all from the shop or anyone else in the shop at the time, i.e. the sales clerk at the register etc., again I ask….why not?

Radio posted an article on her blog in December of 2010 that referenced a crazy article Timothy wrote on his site. Noreen replied with this:

The thing is though, KP did such a good job of covering for Crystal, Chad, Marie and Johnny that she actually assisted in keeping attention off them, the Sheffield’s and Griffis have almost been totally overlooked, we’ve heard lie after lie from their mouths, yet they’ve never been investigated thoroughly, LE have had tunnel vision and I think Ms. Cone may have directed the focus to the Cummings side only.
I firmly believe Haleigh is still alive…..she needs to be found and returned to her Daddy

These missing children cases shouldn't be used for your entertainment to throw around nutty conspiracy theories, and to whip unhinged people like Timothy Holmseth into a frenzy.

You've been aiding Timothy Holmseth, covering for Ron and his family, and even attempted to buy Misty Croslin a cell phone. Every damn person obstructing the Haleigh Cummings case, you've nestled up to and defended online.

Yet you claim to want this case solved? Yet you claim you want Haleigh to be returned to her family? Shut the fuck up bitch! You're not fooling anyone. This isn't about Haleigh for you. It is about your own perverted form of entertainment.

To all the serious and intelligent posters who were able to see through Timothy Holmseth's bullshit and crazy propaganda, good for you. For those who fought to combat the misinformation by Holmseth and his groupies, you all did God's work.

Those of us that know some the true verified facts of the case, knew that what Holmseth was spewing was so far off the reservation and impeded the homicide investigation.
Now that Holmseth and his groupies have been taken to task, spanked, shown the error of their ways, and are now in hiding. Hopefully the Haleigh Cummings investigation can get back on track without the crazy sideshows and distractions.

God bless Haleigh! Hopefully your killer and anyone involved will face a jury of their peers and convicted!

Ronald Cummings "WERK" Hours... Airtight Alibi? Not so fast!

On this Labor Day weekend, I thought I would talk about "werk..." Ronald Cummings favorite word, and most used phrase he pulls out when being questioned by the media and law enforcement about what may have happened to his 5-year-old daughter Haleigh.

Ronald was asked about whether a black man, dressed in black, with squeaky shoes took Haleigh. A scenario that Haleigh's little brother Ron Jr told his mother Crystal Sheffield. Ron's response? The now guilty drug dealer serving 15 years in the big house, told the Today Show that he didn't know... Then his trademark arrogant and cocky smile crossed his face and he used his trademark line: "I wuz at werk."

When your daughter is missing, you would investigate those claims, think of any black men you knew that would do something like that, take Jr. to law enforcement for follow up questions, ask police if that matched the description of any suspects... You wouldn't casually dismiss it, unless you knew for a fact is wasn't true.

I would contend that Ronald was so sure a black man didn't take Haleigh, because Haleigh was never abducted from the home, died in the home, and Ronald knows exactly what happened and participated.

Getting back on track... Anytime law enforcement attempted to question Ronald Cummings, he would resist their questions and tell them that he "wuz at werk" and had nothing to do with Haleigh going missing. Sorry "drug boy" that may cut it with Mommy Teresa and her online cronies but not me!

If you read in between the lines, it would seem that law enforcement isn't exactly 100% positive that Ronald Cummings "wuz at werk..." either. For example, Kim Picazio, the former attorney for Haleigh's mother Crystal Sheffield revealed this during an interview with HLN's "Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell:

"We did come to know some of those things. Ron has to have known about those things and Ron was not telling the entire truth when he said that he was at work the whole time and things of that nature."

His "werk" hours must be what those pesky law enforcement officers kept on wanting to ask him about... As Dana Treen reports: “Besides ‘No I didn’t have nothing to do with my child being missing,’ what do you say?” he asked. Maj. Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement for the department, said detectives would like to interview Cummings again but have been resisted.

There are a lot of people out there that think Ronald knows more about what happened to his daughter, if I was innocent of any wrongdoing and people were out there speculating about my involvement, I would want to clear it up and shut them up.

Why is Ronald not doing that in the media or to law enforcement? It is crystal clear to me, sitting on the sidelines that the Putnam County investigators have questions themselves about his"werk" hours.

People often wonder why law enforcement cannot get to the truth about what happened to precious Haleigh, blame it on people in her family such as Ronald Cummings for not telling all they know about what happened.

Come on Ron, put your big boy pants on, and talk... Let more than God judge you!
